Climatico is a network of researchers and climate change experts. We publish research into climate policy and we go to major international conferences to report on the latest developments.

International Team Analysts - LULUCF
International Team Analysts monitor, analyse, and report international climate policy developments and trends. The team carries out Climatico’s mission of closely following developments and trends at major international meetings, forums, and negotiations, such as the UNFCCC, the G8, and ASEAN. Analysts lead on a thematic focus according to their expertise and interests - mitigation, adaptation or LULUCF - and conduct Climatico’s research and analysis within that issue area.
The major research outputs for International Team Analysts are:
- 2-3 page issue briefs on international climate policy developments and trends in conjunction with major international meetings.
- One-off blogging reports on climate policy trends at smaller international meetings.
- Occasional blogging on particular climate change developments in your thematic area.
Right now the team is missing a LULUCF analyst.
National Team Analysts
National Team Analysts monitor, analyse, and report governmental climate policy in one of the G-20 countries. The team produces authoritative analysis and regular updates on national climate policy developments. There will be 1/2 analysts working on each country to provide Climatico with an assessment of that country’s climate policy.
The major research outputs for National Team Analysts are:
- A quarterly 3-4 page summary and analysis of developments in governmental climate policy along the themes of mitigation, adaptation, land use and deforestation change, and the mechanisms for policy implementation.
- One-off reports on specific issues / events in your allocated country, providing 1-2 pages of information and analysis.
- A weekly blog on climate change developments.

China, Brazil, France, India, Japan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Turkey.
